I find that the same kind of mentality takes place in Serbia, and to a slightly lesser extent in France. Now it's so much clearer to me where the difference I sense (between US and Europe) is coming from. In the US, the "Tall Poppy Syndrome" is indeed quite rare, but very common in Europe.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13879913691093582157noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8488611582317396889.post-66096114461562383472010-08-26T06:53:02.636-07:002010-08-26T06:53:02.636-07:00Thank you very much for your imput. My 2 cents anyway :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13879913691093582157noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8488611582317396889.post-35713045656944441602008-11-26T23:17:00.000-08:002008-11-26T23:17:00.000-08:00We miss you guys :) Have an excellent Thanksgiving...We miss you guys :) Have an excellent Thanksgiving down under!!

I didn't know half of this, learned a lot from this post :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13879913691093582157noreply@blogger.com
